Night Tour Amman

Salma was a great guide. I was the only one in the tour so I was happy we did it. She showed me areas of Amman that I probably would have not seen if it hadn't been in her tour. I was also very glad to have a woman do this tour since I got a completely different view point than what men provide, especially since traveling in the Middle East, I mostly get male guides. Salma showed me some great street art from female artist and she was able to share some of the struggles and victories of women in Amman and Jordan. Best of luck in everything you do Salma!

Salma is the loveliest tour guide, very accommodating and just what I was looking for, to start off my trip in the best way!

Salma is an Outstanding tour guide ! I would give her seven stars if the system allowed it ! The walking tour is very different than the ones available in Amman . It’s like a cultural immersion and cultural exchange and introduction of the city from the viewpoint of a highly educated young women with her perspective about the society challenges Jordanian women faces . How they are leaving day to day life where men have all the say but interestingly how they still try to find simple pleasures in life . Their hangouts along the Salma also took us through the hidden jems of Amman which are not included in any other walking tour ! We walked through places where local artist and crafts makers display and sell their products , where bohemian and hipsters hang out , Salma s strip is lot of walking and she did not made us walk up and downhill but we used many stairs instead to go up and down the hill where tourists never venture out . Interestingly these are few of the places where young couples hangout for dating ! Along the way she took us to souqs , different art galley a former palace , coffee shop . Salma also took us to some excellent viewpoint for photogenic pictures of Amman ! On the day of the trip it was raining very badly most the tourist abandoned the tour it was just me and another lady from USA did the tour . Salma did not cancel the tour she was there in time and very down to earth educated cultured women with excellent English very easy to chat with and helpful and easy going ! I have done many walking in my travels this one was exceptional on a rainy day with totally different theme which I enjoyed very much ! It would call this your off the beaten track through the eyes of a Young Jordanian women in a society where men’s decide everything ! I would highly recommend fellow travellers to try her walking tour to experience Amman as well as women’s perspective and along the way see the highlights of Amman . My favourite spot was Rainbow street ! I wish Salma much success in her real life career as well as her different theme tour guide works ! Thank you Salma for a memorable walk !

Abbiamo partecipato al tour notturno con Selma una ragazza davvero sempatica e gentile. Anche se i luoghi visitati non erano un granché lei è stata molto brava a farci trascorrere queste due ore in armonia. Preparatevi a salire a scendere tante scale

I really, really enjoyed my tour with Salma. Travelling as a solo female myself, it was fascinating to get a woman's perspective of life in Jordan. Salma was wonderful company and it really felt like I was exploring the city with a friend! She showed me many little areas and cafes that I would not have found myself - I retraced our steps the next day for a wonderful coffee! I really recommend this tour if you want to see Amman from a different perspective.

Amman is a wonderful city both during the day and at night.! Salma took us on a wonderful route through secret walkways, with amazing photo opportunities and hidden sites not on the typical tourist agenda. It was refreshing, fun and a must do for all. Highly recommend!

I had the best time with Salma. She is fun-loving and refreshingly candid about local customs and culture which was eye-opening for me. Salma is an engaging guide, sharing a great deal of insights about the city/country and its people, including taking me some of her favourite haunts and truly hidden gems. I was the only participant in the tour but the conversation flowed easily… there was never a dull moment!

This tour with Salma was everything I was hoping for, and so much more! I can’t recommend it highly enough. I especially appreciated the insights she shared about Jordan from a woman’s perspective, which added such a unique and valuable layer to the experience. She was incredibly open, welcoming all of our questions and creating a space that felt both informative and personal. She’s truly exceptional, and if you’re in Jordan, taking a tour with her is an absolute must. Even if you’ve done a similar tour before with another guru guide like I did, I encourage you to experience it through her lens. Her perspective offers something for everyone, regardless of gender. After the tour, we even visited a local spot together and spent some extra time with her and the other amazing women in our group. Getting to know them was a highlight in itself, and made the whole experience even more memorable.
