If you want to know the depth of actual Amman society, Salma is the perfect guide! She took us around the city showing us the spots where people hang out, where that enjoy time and the way local do it. She tought us a lot about the city and the country from a young woman point of view! Super recommended if you want a sight on the modern culture and having a friend to hangout with 🤩

Doing a tour of Amman with Salma was an amazing experience. She knew all the good spots and the nice eating places. I would recommend her to everyone.

Tour cancelled few hours before. Tour guide was good enough to send me message. Her advert was still active though on various sites. She also put me in touch with another guide but their pricing system wasn't suitable.

This tour was amazing. So much insight into the daily life and customs of Jordanians, but especially people living in Amman. At the same time Salma showed a lot of cool and interesting places, gave advice on where to eat and have a nice coffee. I also enjoyed she giving the perspective of a woman in the Arabic world and her open and friendly way of discussing all topics I was interested in. I highly recommend her to anyone! 🙂

This was by far one of the best walking tours I've ever done! Far exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to see the real Amman, but with lots of little hidden gems and 'secret stairways'. There was even a tip on how to walk up the (of which there are quite a few), steps 'zigzag style' in order to not get too tired. Salma, was professional, extremely knowledgeable and super friendly, not only to me but to another tourist (not part of the tour), but who was struggling in a store, and Salma came to his rescue. In fact he was so grateful he actually joined us for a short while, and even shared a delicious piece of Kunafa with me. This goes to show how friendly and welcoming Salma was, it was indeed an excellent experience with some great photo opportunities and views of the city.

Excellent tour! Salma showed me many places around Amman that can’t be found in other tours; a real local experience. It was just me on the tour so the vibe was more like two friends walking around town. Best part… I was able to try a new favorite dessert! Book this tour!

Loved the tour! Don't do this one for a detailed understanding of Jordanian history, there are other tours for that. Instead, Salma provides a very personal experience and a window into everyday Amman life. The perspective of a modern and open-minded woman is especially unique. It was a very personal experience with Salma who provided insights into the history and culture of Jordan in a lighthearted manner. A very professional, fun, eye opening walk with a friend.

Salma was a wonderful guide with enthusiasm and an obvious love for her city. I could have had a bit more history, given this is ancient place, but that is me... Our group was quite diverse and all agreed that Salma did a great tour. The kanapa was delicious!

It was a great experience seeing Amman from a local's lens. I am grateful for Salma to do this tour even though I was by myself and nobody else had signed up for that day. And Salma was a great guide. She was able to suggest good places in Amman and was also able to connect me to other 'gurus' for Aqaba.

When traveling around the world I love to see not just the "tourist" stuff, but want to get to know a little the local life, culture, people etc. This night Amman tour booked with Guru - Salma was exactly what I wanted and much more. She is super sweet, professional and fun to be around and the way we walked around Amman and the information she provided was excellent !!! She answered questions we had, she took us to places we wouldn't necessarily find as typical tourists and on top she had suggestions for my next city exploring :) I can highly recommend her and her walking tour to everyone who is looking for a special Jordanian guide in Amman and great experience of seeing the city!!! It was an informative as well as fun tour with Salma. Her recommendations for food were spot on. We had a very interesting conversation. I'm especially thankful for taking the tour when she could have cancelled as there were only two of us.

Let's be honest. Human beings are all same. Everywhere in the world, people fall in love, and they go out for dates. But, where would Jordanians go for the dates? Where do the young Jordanians meet their friends? The night tour with Salma answered my curiosity. Salma was a beautiful, young, smart Jordanian lady, and I had such a great time with her! It was like a girls' night out! It was hilarious!! She took us to the hidden local places (night view points, back streets, stairs, dating spots) which I would never find by myself as a tourist. Her recommendation on the cafes and the restaurants were also great. It was so interesting to listen to the story of a Jordanian lady from a new generation. It gave me a different perspective on the Arab world. Salma was kind enough to do the tour for two people. Hope she would get more tourists. I highly recommend this night tour with Salma. Thank you so much, Salma!! It will be one of my unforgettable experience.
