Free Walking Tours through the Alternative Edinburgh

This was an amazing, amazing tour. It is advertised as a movies, books and TV tour. It covered all of these topics, and a whole lot more. We learnt about the history, politics and religion of the region. The conversation was varied, and ranged from contemporary pop culture like the Avengers, to the importance of Walter Scott to the city. Brian was also happy to answer questions about other things, and had ready recommendations for what to do in town. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

I enjoyed very much the walking tour with Brian, it was full of very, very interesting curiosities about the Scottish writers, about hidden places that have curiosities not covered in other free tours (at least not on the other 3 I took ahaha). Also he has some incredible personal experiences (I am not going to give spoilers ahaha) I just want to say thank you very much for the tour Brian, I am grateful for it

It was a very interesting tour with an original approach. Through his personal experience, Brian let us learn more about the city of Edinburgh and the movies and books related to it. Really recommend it!
