He was terrific! Very knowledgeable and informative. He encouraged people to ask questions and promptly answered them all. In addition, Calum had two dogs along for the walk which was really fun for us all, especially if you’re a dog lover. I give Calum the highest possible grades and would recommend him to anyone interested in a tour of old Edinburgh!

We are three friends visiting Edimburgh for the first time. We did Calum's tour on our first day, to get a first sense of the city. We really enjoyed the tour, Calum was very knowledgeable and funny, and the dogs were super cute. Really recommend the tour!

Funny and informative tour around Edinburghs old town. Joe has a lot of knowledge and funny, crazy stories of the history of the Scottish people. 100% recommend it :)

We had an outstanding tour with Callum along with the “Bonus” of 2 dogs not just Rowie, along with Callum’s parents dog that he was “Dog Sitting”. Given the limited time frame of (2Hrs)..Callum imparted an enormous amount of information, with a strong clear voice, coupled with passion and pride in his hometown with facts and “Stories” with an excellent sprinkle of humour.. we got to see some beautiful sights with detailed descriptions..added bonus was personal recommendations for dinning, entertainment and other Edinburgh experiences not covered in the tour.. we benefited straight after for one of his dinning recommendations “Makas Mash” outstanding Scottish fare…and his whiskey recommendation of Balvenie 12 Year Old DoubleWood …very moorish…..I’ll leave it at that..😎😎😎😎 Excellent tour highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Die Tour war sehr spannend! Wir haben tolle Geschichten gehört. Melanie (the CanadianScot) hat die Tour sehr gut geleitet und spannende Informationen weitergegeben und uns super unterhalten. Man merkt, dass sie das sehr gerne macht!

One of the best tours! I have visted Edinburgh before and The Local Lad Tour provided me with information that I did not know. It was a good tour. It covered all the places you need to see! Good local restaurant recommendations and things to do! I enjoyed the tour! Would recommend to others.
