Seriously WONDERFUL! Surprised how great the tour was. Although not required, we gave 50 Euro 'tip' - well worth it. We would have missed most all of the stops had we not joined this tour!

Guide had a good sense of humour freindly and pace of walk was good. Showed places that we went baxk to later.

Very informative and interesting! Quim took us to amazing places. So glad we went as we would not have found these places and if we did, would not know the history. It was a hot day but Qwim was thoughtful in finding shady places.

Tour started well. Mike was entertaining, knowledgeable and lively about his favourite subject...Girona. Then it started to rain. And pour. Unfortunately we abandoned the tour when the rain would not stop. We have done other Guru tours. Always great. We were disappointed to have to let the tour go early.

I did the Free Tour of the Girona walls with my girlfriend on Friday 25th of April 2025. We both thought it was absolutely brilliant. We got great insights into the history of Girona, the geography, what makes Girona so famous and even recommendations for brilliant places to eat and drink and what the locals would recommend. This was the best walking tour I have ever done in a city, would 100% recommend. Our guide was called Mar and she was brilliant, had great insights and knowledge of everything to do with Girona. I learnt so much and it was an excellent way to see all the sights of Girona

Mar gave us a lovely tour of the city walls and all the history and stories surrounding it.

The guide and tour was very informative. I think it would have been helpful if we knew in advance of the arduous climbs involved as some members of the group had mobility issues.

This was definitely a pleasant surprise. It is not something I would've found on my own coming to Gerona for the first time. I did the Game of Thrones tour on my own and then learned so much of interest and saw many places I wouldn't have seen on this tour bravo.

I joined Pete for "walls" Girona guided tour with my girlfriend. Even though she is not big history fan, we both enjoyed the narration and views; Route is interesting, Pete has a lot to say - and those are not dry facts, rather histories based on human motivation and reasons behind certain things, which I'm always glad to hear. Route is easy to traverse, you will visit few amazing view points and few hidden places, otherwise hard to explore on your own. Would recommend as 1-day trip from Barcelona, if you are stating there, Girona is really worth it. Overall 5/5, no complains - I just regret I missed earlier train, I would like to try "essential" tour as well.

I loved the tour, I only had a few hours in Girona and I learned so much on the beautiful old town. Our guide, Ona was very dynamic, she provided us with historical and current information on Girona. She also had some very good recommendations! I would do it again!
