We were waiting at the designated meeting spot prior to scheduled time and we waited for 30 minutes and never saw the pink umbrella or Vittoria. It was disappointing as we chose “giruwalk” over other walking tours and then were unable to rebook as others were booked out. Travelling from Australia we will not recommend this company to others. I wish I could give 0 star rating
