Hi! I’m a licensed local guide from Split, and yes, I’m one of those people who can say that Diocletian's Palace was literally my playground growing up. While other kids had parks, I had 1,700-year-old Roman walls, hidden alleyways, and ancient squares to run around in (not a bad deal, right?). Over the years, I swapped hide-and-seek for storytelling, but my connection to the palace never changed. Now I get to share it with you, not as a list of dates and facts, but as a living place full of stories, legends, and everyday life. Expect a mix of history, local secrets, a bit of humor, and probably a few things you won’t find in guidebooks.
