Our ship docked late, and the immigration clearance process was S L O W. So we missed our planned 2 pm tour. Then Victor's child needed to go to a doctor, so he could not make the next tour. But he did communicate as best as he could, as did we. Hence 3 stars, for effort! Old Havana is easily walkable. Go for it!
