I got an email asking me to come in the morning without any explanation. Even though I explained I was not able to join in a reply and asked whether the tour was canceled, I received a reminder saying the it s still on but no reply to my question. Was there looking for them 10 minutes before time, couldnt find them. I m sure the tour is great but these folks need to be proactive when it comes to responding to email.
