Very nice, gentle man, who is able to answer questions about the history of his culture while being grounded in the present. I had a very nice informative and human experience despite the mishaps with the tramway! He is there to offer you choices (food, drinks, buying a!) and help you with dealing and purchase the right thing. Great conversations, I really recommend this tour on your first day in Casablanca !
