Hello! My name is Jax and I'm a professional tour guide who's lived in Munich since 2016. Over the years, I worked as a freelance tour guide and in March 2021 I started my own tour company 'Heart of Munich Tours'. At the start of 2025 my wife joined the company as our tour manager. Over the years we’ve received hundreds of five-star reviews across Tripadvisor, Google,, Viator, Guruwalk and other platforms. We are the highest rated tour company in Munich and our free tour is also the highest rated across multiple platforms. My guiding style is interactive, passionate, clear spoken, inclusive, fun and at times theatrical. I always bring my tablet on tour to share old photos and pictures to bring history to life.
