Hello! My name is Jax and I'm a British expat who's lived in Munich since 2016 with my wonderful German wife. I became a tour guide once arriving and fell in love with this type of work so decided to become a professional guide.

Over the last 4 years I have worked for two of the best travel agencies in Munich as a freelancer and in March 2021 I started my own tour guide business 'Heart of Munich Tours'.

I have received over 250 five-star reviews across TripAdvisor, Google, Get your guide, Viator, and many other platforms. Just search online for 'Jax tour guide Munich' to read some of them.

I would say my tour guide style is interactive, passionate, clear, inclusive, fun and sometimes theatrical. I always bring my iPad on tour to share lots of old photos and pictures to help bring history to life!

Jax was really great, professional and funny with a lot of good informations 😁. He also showed us other cool places to visit in Munich, such as restaurants or landmarks. Great experience. Definitely reccomended! 😁
