La gurú fue muy amable, muy cercana y estuvo siempre dispuesta a resolver nuestras dudas. Además se adapto a nuestro ritmo sin problema. Y nos hizo recomendaciones para el resto de nuestra estancia en Galway. Un diez a nuestra compatriota!!!
The guru never showed up to our tour, leaving about 14 tourists with no other options to fill their afternoon. On behalf of the group, because they did not have international phone plans, I contacted GuruWalk, messaged the guru directly, and contacted YellowUmbrellaTours. We also reached out to the Spanish tour guide at 14:00, when he was s about to leave with his tour, to ask about our tour guide (guru); he was rude as said, “[he] knew nothing!” GuruWalk emailed back by 14:15, stating that we need to make sure we’re (all!) waiting at the correct meeting point (which we were because this was my second time taking the tour—this time with my family). By 14:30, our group decided to disperse, disappointed that we had no tour and no communication from the tour guide. The experience and lack of responsiveness was frustrating and disappointing.
Simplemente impresionante. Edu no solo nos enseñó la ciudad sino que nos dijo datos de esos que nunca olvidas, nos dió recomendaciones y estuvo siempre disponible a nuestras peticiones y preguntas. Edu CRACK. Siempre digo que cuando haces un free tour el guía es súper importante porque lo puede hacer inolvidable o que sea "uno más". Este, pertenece a los primeros sin duda. Gracias.
Hello, i booked Dublin North tour, and instead the tour was Dublin South. i arrived there 15.02 (instead of (15) and couldn’t find anyone. A shame because we were really looking to the tour!
