What a gem Nicholas is! Thanks for a memorable tour— full of humor and meaningful stories as well as facts. Nicholas graced our group with an amiable and informative experience. With charm, he brought to life the past. He also bonded the group through amusing little games as we took in the tales and city. First class! We had done a free tour in Copenhagen and had thought it provided such a high level of fun and information that we thought we would give it a try in Madrid. I can’t say I’m surprised at the quality, but I can say that it still exceeds my expectations when a free tour is so good. Of course, we rewarded him monetarily and wished him well in his entrepreneurial quests in Madrid! Also, we appreciated his many personal recommendations and the list of recommendations he made available to us all. Totally would recommend his tour to friends and family. Hope to get to see the painters and the cookie-baking nuns before we go. Thanks for those tips as part of the tour!
