Great tour around lower Manhattan, showing us the historical highlights of the city and America’s origins. Favourites included Francis Tavern, Streets of “Little Amsterdam”, Defiant Girl outside the NY Stock Exchange, the lit path down to Ground Zero memorial. Thoroughly enjoyed my tour this morning with Jon. He was very entertaining and interesting and kept me hooked throughout the tour. He is a bank of knowledge and knew so much about every aspect of the tour. Any question you ask, he can answer with detail. Highly recommend Jon if you plan on joining any walking tour around NYC

He was funny, kept us going at a great pace, and took the time to answer questions, tell us stories, and make the trip seem like it was customized toward our questions and interests. This tour included a great mix of history, finance and architecture. Scott has a great knack for sharing interesting, often lesser known details about people, buildings and events in the tour area. He even encourages going into some buildings that you may think can only be viewed from the exterior so that you get a much better sense of the architecture and historical significance. Scott is a warm-hearted local expert who tailors his tour(s) to the wishes of his guests. This was the second of his tours we’ve joined. Nice artsy angle to discover the financial districts incl many hidden gems we’d never have found out by ourselves such as the Woolworth building. Thanks!

Oscar was a wealth of knowledge. He was enthusiastic and welcoming of questions.

Enjoyable and informative tour, saw things which I think I would have missed by myself. Good variety of things seen and background information made it much more coherent and meaningful

Oscar was very kind and friendly! Before the tour started, he sent us a text to recap the meeting point and advising us to dress properly cause of the freezing temperatures (and he tried to take warm breaks indoor when possible) He really knows everything about history, monuments and the City! He also gave us a lot of useful personal advice
