This is brilliant tour to get you started in the city - do it your first morning / as soon as you arrive and you'll have some great recommendations, an authentic coffee coffee stop, and some of the top sights all under your belt. Imrahn was a true local, and he was passionate, enthusiastic, and entertaining throughout. I'd recommend it to anyone!

Tour told you stuff you can’t get from the museums about the history and especially the cultural background. The guide was very interactive and happy to take questions and answer all types of queries. He is clearly a subject matter expert on the history of Malaka and he made the tour very easy to absorb and fun to be on.

This was such a wonderful tour and well worth doing. Imrahn is a fantastic guide and was so informative about the town. His tour takes in a bit of colonial history as well as information about the Chinese quarter. It was so fascinating to learn about the streets, the houses, the people and the workers who lived in Melaka. I'd really really recommend this tour.

Imrahn was absolutely wonderful! He lived and breathed these streets of Malacca throughout his life and was so knowledgeable about the history of the city too. He was very personable and had a nice relaxed style but also was able to get us moving onto the next place with ease. It was really nice chatting with Imrahn about Malacca but also about life too! My fiancé and I decided to try experiencing this Guru walk tour and I’ve worried a bit about understanding each other in English, but luckily, the tour was completely only for us because we didn’t have other guests on that day. Mr. Imrahn was a kind gentleman and always welcomed our questions. What’s more, many people in town greeted him and I felt they really relied on him so much. Walk tour surely gives you a memorable experience and you can understand not only the historical things, but the atmosphere of Melaka and what it’s like to live in Malaysia.
