the tour is very cool. is a complement to the historical tours of Parma. Furthermore, food is a mandatory topic if you want to enjoy the city! Francisco is friendly, has good knowledge of the city and his tips are very good.

One of the most interesting tours I have ever been on! Our guide was amazing- making connections between food, culture and history with great fluency and wit. It was a blistering hot day in Parma but Francisco made sure we took the shady routes as we covered some local culinary establishments. Tasted some wine, some cheese and started the tour right with an espresso! Can’t say enough good things about our guide and the tour of Parma. Would highly recommend spending a few hours with our Parma “guru”.
