Katrina is a great local guide. I got to the city about 2 hours before the tour and walked around on my own and saw the cathedral & bell tower. Katrina's tour took us ti little nooks that I would never have seen on my own. She gives a great historical overview as well as has some great visual references. Highly recommend

Daniela was INCREDIBLE — full of knowledge, details; information and just so friendly and thoughtful. She patiently waited the 5-10min for us as our Bus arrived in late.
