Duration: 2h
Languages: English
Registered on March 19, 2020

With a degree in International Relations I have always been open to the world and interacting with people from different cultures, whether they be Japanese, French, Germans, Koreans or New Zealanders. As an expert guide with a museum background I share my curiosity for the city and offer off-the-beaten track walking tours for solo travellers or small groups focusing primarily on architecture and heritage. The tours are mainly around city's historic center (Novosibirsk). Night walks are possible. Tours are in English. Contact me (for other dates, time, fees and tour details) 2-3 days before booking a tour.

Tour description

The tour best suits those who prefer a nice long walk and city's "exterior". Tours are available even at night.
DATES UPON REQUEST.

Born in the 1890s, today's Novosibirsk is a dynamic city located at the crossroads of the main trade routes. The railroad gave an impetus to the development of this town further nicknamed as Siberian Chicago. The walking tour embraces the architectural landscape of the downtown (pre-revolutionary and Soviet buildings) and includes landmarks. The tour can be tailored to your specific needs.
- Opera and Ballet Theatre - Philharmonics (a garden behind it) - St Nicholas Chapel - Alexander Nevsky Cathedral - First Bridge over the Ob River - Kryachkov's architecture (100-flat building, Regional Museum building) - Quiet Center (pre-revolutionary architecture, wooden and red brick houses) - Puppet Theatre. The list can be continued... :)

we live in turbulence, so for days and schedules contact me directly!
