Hello! I'm Arantxa, a local tourist informant in Sigüenza, a small town, but with a lot of charm and a medieval air that transports us to another era. I love my city and above all, show it to visitors so that they fall in love with it as much as I do. I love traveling, I have been to more than 35 countries and I really enjoy meeting new people, other cultures, its landscapes, its gastronomy ... When you come to Sigüenza, I will show you all its corners so that you can enjoy it like a real local, It is what I like the most when I travel, to feel one beyond where I go.
Discover Sigüenza, a beautiful medieval city full of history, from its Celtiberian origins, through Roman, Visigothic and Muslim times until reaching medieval times.
On our tour, we will visit the main vestiges of this stage, starting from the castle and passing through the streets that preserve the original medieval layout, including part of the canvases, towers and gates of its wall.
We will visit its Romanesque churches, San Vicente and Santiago, the Casa del Doncel, our famous knight, and finally we will arrive at the Plaza Mayor, already from the Renaissance period, from where we can contemplate the imposing Cathedral. In its atrium, our tour of medieval Sigüenza will end.
