We begin our free tour in Plaça de Garriga i Bachs, where your phone becomes the key to unlocking the past. This augmented reality tour is within reach of your pocket and in the palm of your hand. Simply download and open the HistARy app, just like opening WhatsApp or Instagram. After entering your name, the guide will provide you with the password that will give you access to contemplate the medieval past through your screen. And while this may sound complicated, it isn't. While the guide takes you and explains the most emblematic places of the Gothic Quarter, the HistARy app will accompany the stories and legends with interactive augmented reality points.

With the HistARy app, you can explore Barcelona like never before: just like Google Maps, but with augmented reality. As you visit iconic sites like Plaça del Rei, the Cathedral, and the Jewish Quarter, your guide will tell you all the details, complementing this with a glimpse into what they looked like in the past thanks to 3D models recreating Roman temples, historic halls, and even characters like the executioner.
