Even the bad wetter the tour guide was nice and share a lot of information and made the tour funny.

Over all Belgo Tours give you a broad and interesting oversight of points of interest for tourists.

The walk was very enjoyable and informative.

Eugen was very knowledgeable and told us a lot about the city. Although we all had ear pieces many times the signal was lost and therefore unable to hear him

Overall, the guide provided useful information. However, sometimes I felt that some facts needed more elaboration. Also, I wish if the guide would have given us some time to ask questions and take pictures at the touristic sites.

Our guide was Ian Nolan ( not on the drop down list) , he was friendly, informative and entertaining. Easy to talk to, I would highly recommend him for a tour of Brussels. At the end his recommendation for a cafe was much appreciated and a good choice too.

Our guide was passionate, funny, knowledgeable and entertaining. We did a few challenges and quizzes which made it fun even in the cold, wet weather. Thoroughly recommend.

The guide was engaging and clearly very knowledgeable, and you could tell she was passionate about the history and stories she shared. Unfortunately, the weather was extremely windy and snowy, which made parts of the tour quite challenging and led some participants to leave early. One suggestion would be to share some of the information while walking between stops rather than speaking for extended periods while standing still, especially in very cold conditions. A slightly more dynamic flow would make the experience even more comfortable for everyone. Despite the winter weather, it was an informative and worthwhile tour.

Estref was an excellent tour guide. One of the best and most knowledgeable free tour guides we have experienced. The bonus was the audio headset which allowed us to still hear great information as we walked. This was a first and it was greatly appreciated!

We loved this tour. Danai was very cheerful and kind. We specially enjoyed the way she talked about art, which made her stand out from other tour guides we’ve encountered. 10/10 experience :)

Danai gave a great tour! It was entertaining and informative, and we went all over the old town. Her little games and quizzes made it fun, and the bathroom/coffee break in the middle was a good idea.
