Tour description
We will meet at the designated time in the Opera Square to begin this night walking tour of Paris.
The Opera building or National Academy of Music, also known as the Palais Garnier, will be the first point of interest on our route. There, we will review the history of this iconic building in the French capital.
We will continue along the Boulevard des Capucines to the Church of the Madeleine. From here, we will head to the Place de la Concorde, where the famous Champs-Élysées Avenue begins.
Afterwards, we will descend to the monumental complex formed by the Grand and Petit Palais to cross the Seine via the Alexander III Bridge. From this location, we will get fantastic views of the dome of Les Invalides. Beneath it lies the sarcophagus of Napoleon Bonaparte.
We will continue along the banks of the Seine to pass by the Alma Bridge, the scene of the tragic accident where Princess Diana of Wales died.
