1
Outside visit
Arch of Hadrian
The Arch of Hadrian, often affectionately called Hadrian's Gate in Greek, is a stunning gateway that reminds us of a Roman triumphal arch. It once stretched across an ancient road that connected the heart of Athens, Greece, to a sprawling complex on the eastern side of the city, which included the magnificent Temple of Olympian Zeus. This arch was likely built to celebrate the visit of the Roman emperor Hadrian and to pay tribute to him for all he did for the city.

Outside visit
Temple of Olympian Zeus
The Temple of Olympian Zeus, often called the Olympieion or the Columns of the Olympian Zeus, is a stunning ancient temple right in the heart of Athens, though it's now in ruins. It was built in honor of "Olympian" Zeus, who is known as the king of the Olympian gods. The construction kicked off in the 6th century BC when the Athenian tyrants had a grand vision of creating the most magnificent temple in the ancient world. However, it wasn't finished until the Roman Emperor Hadrian took the reins.

Outside visit
Acropolis Museum
The Acropolis Museum was established to showcase significant finds from the Sacred Rock and its surroundings. It features collections across three levels, including an archaeological excavation at its foundation.
On the ground floor, the “Gallery of the Slopes of the Acropolis” presents artifacts from local sanctuaries and daily life of Athenians. The exhibition concludes on the third floor with the glass-enclosed “Parthenon Gallery,” where the frieze depicting the Panathenaic procession is displayed.
