It was just me on the tour. Viktor gave a great tour and was very knowledgeable about all the stops we visited. The neighborhood just below the Acropolis was really cool with narrow curvy streets. This hidden gem would be hard to find without a guide. Had a great time on this “private” tour.

If you’ve just arrived in Athens I’d recommend this tour. It really orientates you to the historian and modern history of the city. The length of the tour was perfect and we saw the main historical landmarks and 2 of the popular neighbourhoods. Our guide was really lovely and informative.

Walter was great, he has personally worked on some of the sites so could give good information about the stop. His recommendations were great and said what sites he thought were worth the entrance fee. I would recommend this to anyone tour to anyone that visited Athens.

Our guide was Walter. He was very friendly and open to any questions. He is an archeology passionate which turned out quite helpful amongst the ruins of Athens. The itinerary, the information provided about the old times and the modern Greece were rich and easy to understand. He also gave us good recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops and activities in the city. I loved the tour!

Walter led a great walking tour balancing personal insights from living in Athens and his interest in archeology with history ans some humour. There were 10 guests in the group and he took time to engage with everyone. Highly recommend as a good first day in Athens.
