🟢 The Architecture of the Islamic Medina : You will discover the secrets of the Medina's architecture and its main components. You will also learn about the architecture of the Muslim quarter and its division between public and private areas.

🔴 Moroccan cultural diversity: You will live a totally different experience through a journey through time, taking you through those hidden places and corners, exploring its typical neighborhoods and focusing on the elements that make up Moroccan cultural identity; the Berber, the Arab, the Andalusian, and the Jewish (the Tuchavim and the Sephardim).

🟡 Important Elements of the Muslim Quarter: You will gain an understanding of the architecture of the Muslim quarter that corresponds to the social and spiritual needs of its inhabitants.

📍 The experience always starts from the beginning: You will learn about the origins of the Marrakech Medina and the reasons for choosing this strategic site, then we will go through the different dynasties that ruled in Marrakech and that marked the history of this city.

📍 The Koutoubia Mosque: The emblem of the city of Marrakech, a building that has withstood the test of time, dating back to the Almohad era, reminiscent of the time of books and manuscripts of the 12th century.

📍 Moul Laksour neighborhood: One of the oldest neighborhoods in the city of Marrakech, a privileged neighborhood for having had the Alfaquí Abdula El Ghazouani buried there.

📍 Mouassin Neighborhood: It is a neighborhood that dates back to the time of the Sadyans , where you can see the daily life of the Medina very well.

📍 The artisan guilds: It is a hidden area deep in the Medina, a part where you can see the different trades of Moroccan crafts and where everything is still done by hand to this day.

📍 The fur auction: Right after the guilds, you will discover one of the oldest activities in the Medina, which is still organized every day to this day.

📍 Ben Youssef neighborhood: It's A neighborhood dating back to the time of Ali Ben Youssef, the son of the founder of Marrakech, where you will discover the three historical monuments of this neighborhood: the Almoravid Alcove, the Ben Youssef Mosque, and the Ben Youssef Madrasa.

📍 The Souk: The world of colors and smells, a fascinating space where the colors of fabrics mix with the smells of spices and incense, a creative, spiritual and aesthetic dimension of handcrafted items .

📍 Andalusian Quarter: Now called Riad Azaitun Quarter, it was the neighborhood where the Andalusians who came to settle in Marrakech lived. It is an opportunity to learn about the impact and civilizational contribution of the Moriscos in Marrakech.

📍 Jewish Quarter: Known as the Melah quarter, it was the neighborhood where Moroccan Jews lived and still live. In this neighborhood you will discover another cultural component and get an idea about the Jewish-Moroccan heritage .

📍 The Bahia Palace: This palace was the residence of Grand Vizier Ba Hamad Ben Mousa, the 19th-century prime minister. A true example of a stately home, it was his residence with his family and servants. It is an architectural masterpiece in the Hispano-Moorish style and a prime example of Riad architecture.

📍 Badi'i Palace: A palace that was built by Sultan Ahmad Al Mansou Eddahbi, in the northeast part of the Kasbah, a construction that reflects the dimension of power and the characteristics of Islamic art.

📍 Jamaa El Fna Square: It's A magical space in the city of Marrakech, a square that never sleeps, it's a gathering place for storytellers, snake charmers, monkey charmers, traditional musicians, food stalls and much more…
