- On Wednesdays, Sundays, and national holidays, about half of the shops in the Tsukiji Outer Market may be closed.
While some shops remain open and tours are still available, the experience may differ from usual.

Please enter through the main gate of the temple — our guide will be waiting beside the large stairs on the right.
It’s just a short walk from Exit 1 of Tsukiji Station.
Our guide will be holding a sign with our logo “Local Guide Stars,”.

Main Gate of Tsukiji Hongan-ji Temple
Meeting Point:
Meeting Point: In front of the Main Gate of Tsukiji Hongan-ji Temple (3-15-1 Tsukiji, Chuo City, Tokyo 104-8435).
This is right next to Exit 1 of Tsukiji Station.
Please note: Google Maps may lead you to the back side, so make sure to come to the front side (main gate).
A guide will be waiting with a sign that says Local Guide Stars.
Important: We leave on time, so please arrive a little early.
