We had a really great visit being guided by Akihiro, Noa and Aiko. They showed us some real gems in Tsukiji. The Wagyu brochettes were especially good!

Best Tour Ever – Come Hungry! This was hands down the best tour I’ve ever been on! The Tsukiji Fish Market is already an amazing place, but experiencing it with Mao took it to a whole new level. She knows all the best food spots, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious — so definitely come hungry! Mao was not only super knowledgeable about the market and its history, but also incredibly thoughtful and attentive. It was a hot day, and she made sure we stopped in the shade or in air-conditioned buildings whenever possible. That kind of care made a big difference and kept the group comfortable the whole time. If you’re in Tokyo and love food, this tour is a must. Mao was the best — friendly, fun, and clearly passionate about what she does. Highly recommend!

Tsukiji Market can be really overwhelming, so it was really great to learn about its history, operations, and favorite eating/purchase spots, especially from a local's perspective. We ate till we were stuffed!

My family and I had such a wonderful time on this tour. We learned a bit of culture and were introduced to delicious foods in the fish market. Highly recommended! Thank you again George for such an amazing experience.

My guru was very knowledgeable and friendly. My family really enjoyed the fish cutting show and learned something new about the local produce. We did not expect to get a free sushi sampling, which was a nice surprise!

Bring cash and your appetite! 🤤 Tomo’s tour was our second in Tokyo, and we joined with one goal: to enjoy great food. It did not disappoint. From perfectly ripe cantaloupe and grape candy to juicy wagyu beef skewers, pork and shrimp dumplings, freshly grated wasabi by Tomo, and melt-in-your-mouth tuna sushi. It was a foodie’s dream. We ended sweetly with Uji matcha ice cream and a refreshing matcha + lemon juice. I highly recommend this experience with Tomo to anyone looking to eat through Tsuji Fish Market’s best bites!

Totally brilliant, loved every second. This tour started at an interesting temple, then we headed to the market. Wagyu beef skewer, fish cutting and sashimi, rice balls with caramel sauce and icecream and chicken skewers. The whole tour was fantastic, with George giving great food tips and Tomo’s kind assistance, even showing us a wasabi grating board to grate fresh wasabi. It was everything I hoped for. Guiding us to where to sample local delicacies. Seeing the fish cutting was great. Can not recommend this tour highly enough. One of the best tours we have done in Japan.
