Tour description
After a quick 15-minute bus ride, we’ll set off on a scenic 45-minute walk through a charming small town surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. Along the way, you’ll pass a peaceful stream, spot local wildlife, and see fruit trees such as avocado, guava, agave, oil palm, and jackfruit—an authentic taste of the jungle just outside Puerto Vallarta.
For an extra dose of adrenaline, you can add the optional zip-line adventure, featuring nine thrilling lines soaring through the jungle, ranging from 20 to an impressive 480 meters.
Next, we’ll visit a local distillery to learn the basics of tequila production, followed by an artisanal tequila tasting. We’ll then continue our hike toward the coast, stopping at several small, secluded beaches before reaching a beachfront hillside palapa restaurant with stunning ocean views—perfect for lunch or a restroom break.
Afterward, we’ll make our way to one of Puerto Vallarta’s most beautiful southern beaches, famous for its calm, crystal-clear waters that feel like a natural pool—ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Optional activities include massages, paddleboarding, and jet ski rentals.
Good to know: This adventure includes about 4 km of moderate walking over rocky terrain, so come ready to explore. Comfortable walking shoes or water shoes are highly recommended. Part of the route follows a stream—so getting a little wet is part of the fun! Small local shops along the way offer drinks and snacks before we reach the beach. This is a gay-friendly, adult-oriented experience.
Feel free to stay longer and enjoy the beach at your own pace. Phone service is reliable, and returning on your own is easy by taxi, Uber, or public bus. The public bus costs just $10 pesos per person, paid individually.
