It was a very nice tour and one can tell how enthusiatic Marco is about the history and food of Bologna. He was super passionate, honest and was really "liberal" (you will get the reference if you attend his tour) in expressing his views and observations about religoius food culture of Bologna and Italy in general. Definite recommended. Also he gave nice suggestions for local food places one should check out 😁
