Adel Michel had incredibly detailed knowledge of Egypt and, more specifically, Alexandria. It was just the two of us and he was very accommodating along the way. We got to see (and understand) the insights and hidden gems. Riding a local mini van, a local meal in the market and detailed explanations of culture, architecture, history and the people of Alexandria. Truly fascinating and left us with a sense of understanding and feeling the city through local eyes.
Just wow! The best walking tour I've ever done. Would highly recommend to everyone for getting a better idea of Alexandria. Lots of hidden gems, cultural knowledge and historical information. He brings across Alexandrias charm with his honest and cheerful character:) always treating you like a friend who visits instead of a tourist, putting in a lot of effort for good pictures and simply makes the tour the best experience possible. For the first time I kind of hesitated to book a tour because it would take a long time. But it turned out to be a fantastic tour. Adel was simply wonderful and passionate about his profession. He has plenty of knowledge of Alexandria and Egypt overall. He took me to various places where I couldn’t visit by myself. He patiently answered all my questions and I appreciated his sincere attitude. I definitely recommend his tour.
