Adel Michel is a very knowledgeable and friendly guide who took around 6h time in order to show me many of Alexandria‘s sights but also the Alexandria off the beaten path. He was more like a friend than a guide and brought me to places, such as the Greek church or the bazar for the locals, where tourists would not have access or would not go to. There are no more stars to put, but they should make an exception for Adel. He took me to a lot of places, he made me enjoy a full immersion taking me on the small buses; going inside a Mosque; he invited me an Egyptian drink and some Egyptian food at the water front as locals do; also he explained me many things about Egyptian culture, which I'm sure not many guides will do. He knows so much about history/mythology/politics that he surprised me from the beginning. He told me that he always do small groups, in this case it was only me, so I was VERY FORTUNATE to have him as my private tour guide. Totally recommend.
