Visual artist, teacher, and historian specializing in architectural and military history. He has organized cultural tours in Asunción and the surrounding countryside since 2002. He is the author of nine history books and numerous articles on Paraguayan and world history, published nationally and internationally. He is a member of the Paraguayan Academy of History, the Mandu'ará Cultural Association, the Brazilian Academy of Military History, and the Board of Historians of the Province of Corrientes, Argentina.

Muy buen free tour por Asunción. El guía fue muy amable y paciente, incluso con algunos contratiempos para llegar a la hora acordada. En todo momento la comunicación fue clara y fluida, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera muy cómoda. El recorrido fue interesante, bien explicado y con muy buena energía. Súper recomendable para conocer la ciudad.

Estuve solo en el tour, al final cogí confianza con el guía. Quizá lamcoudad no de para más. Creo que visitar la loma de San jerónimo sería interesante
