Visual artist, teacher, and historian specializing in architectural and military history. He has organized cultural tours in Asunción and the surrounding countryside since 2002. He is the author of nine history books and numerous articles on Paraguayan and world history, published nationally and internationally. He is a member of the Paraguayan Academy of History, the Mandu'ará Cultural Association, the Brazilian Academy of Military History, and the Board of Historians of the Province of Corrientes, Argentina.
