Arrived at the meeting point 15 minutes before scheduled start time. Couldn’t see anyone waiting for the tour or a guide. Currently waiting for the bus back to Bilbao.

Horas antes me canceló el tour pq decía que estaba en otro país, x favor más organización me quedé sin tour por San Sebastián

Os avisé a las 7 de la tarde. Eso no son unas horas antes. Es casi un día entero. TODAS las fechas en febrero las tengo bloqueadas, como el sistema os dejo reservar en general, no lo sé. Y repito: os avisé con MUCHA antelación y había más tours al día siguiente o sea hoy.

Not sure what happened, we followed the directions and arrived 5 min early. Didn’t see anyone else and the guide wasn’t there. Very disappointed because our other Guru walk was excellent.

Hi. There has been some mistake with the platform, because I am not in the country right now and won’t be any soon. And I have all the dates locked. I’m sorry it happened this way, it had never happened to me before and will never happen again. I apologize for this. Muy mal nos ha avisado el mismo día que estaba en Paris y que sería imposible hacer el tour, ya nos ha fastidiado el día puesto que no pudimos conseguir otro y era nuestro único día en San Sebastián.
