I'm Californian-born, European at heart! I moved to Spain over a year ago specifically to study the foods and food culture in Spain. In addition to having guided visitors through the ins and outs of Spanish ham and empanadas, I have a background in entertaining and educating others about olive oil and dark chocolate. I have a major sweet tooth, too, so I've created a wonderful historic Cake Walk designed to take you to the most historic and significant bakeries and confectionaries in Madrid. I have also lived in France and Italy, and love to speak all four languages (English, French, Italian, and Spanish)--or a mix of all four--and learn about other people. :)
