Of all the tours I did in Japan, this Dark Side tour of Shinjuku was one of my favourites. Our guide, Bryant, did an excellent job of explaining the socio/economic/cultural issues that drive the "dark side" of Tokyo. It was very interesting and Bryant was an excellent communicator. There were 6 of us in total on this tour, and it made for an intimate and almost personalized experience. HIGHLY recommend this tour and Bryant in particular for people wanting to learn a little more/deeper than your standard fare tour about history and culture.

Bryant’s tour on Tokyo’s red light district was the highlight of our trip. The depth of insight and knowledge shared was exceptional, the sequence of information and stories too.
