Hallo! Mein Name ist Aly. Ich bin ägyptische Staatsbürgerin. Ich habe meinen Hochschulabschluss in Ägyptologie und Reiseleitung. Ich bin offiziell anerkannte Ägyptologin und englischsprachige Reiseleiterin. Ich bin seit mehr als zwei Jahrzehnten in diesem Bereich tätig. Für mich ist es mehr als nur ein Broterwerb. Ich hätte mir nie vorstellen können, einen anderen Beruf auszuüben. Ich liebe es, Menschen kennenzulernen, ihnen die Großartigkeit der alten ägyptischen Zivilisation näherzubringen und ihnen das heutige Ägypten zu zeigen, Wissen auszutauschen und gemeinsam eine gute Zeit zu verbringen!
This tour was amazing. Aly really brought alive the Egyptian museum. The museum has so much history, but I don't think I would have appreciated it without having Aly as a guide. He is enthusiastic, funny and passionate about Egypt. The two hours went by so fast and we learned so much.
Guide said she messaged me to change date/time but I never got the message.
The best guide in Cairo!! The artefacts were brought to life through the storytelling abilities of Aly. He was amusing, articulate and very knowledgeable. I wish we had used him for other trips!!
Trying to describe it, but honestly, words fail me. We had a really amazing experience. Our guide, Aly Elsheemy, was simply amazing! He is an Egyptologist and he knew a lot of background information about the history. We fully recommend this experience for Everyone seeking in-depth knowledge and understanding of the ambiguous stuff over the land of Egypt. Thank you Aly. You have made our day!
Aly Elsheemy was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable and great at putting different periods of Egyptian history into context. He didn’t rush us through the museum (as some guides do) but was happy for us to stop and look at any of the exhibits. The GEM is a beautiful museum, the Khufu boat is also very interesting, and then a lovely buffet lunch to finish. A really good trip, I would recommend it.
