Hiraku Walley. I'm a positive, curious, and outgoing person who loves to learn and converse with others. I'm Half Japanese with a New Zealand background. Have been living in Tokyo for the past 2 years and visited Japan much throughout my entire life. I have lived and travelled abroad and love to share the beauty of the Japanese Culture that I am so proud of.
Thank you for a great tour, this set us up perfectly not just for Tokyo but our whole Japan trip as we did it on the first day. Learning about how to appreciate and behave in the shrines and temples was invaluable and really enabled us to get much more out of our whole trip. It was very helpful to have so much put in context, both with history and local knowledge - a great day with great locations and a great humble guide (and also bonus vegan recomendations!). The tour with Hiraku was so much fun! I loved how he pointed out details I would never have noticed on my own, including everyday cultural habits. What impressed me most was his ability to explain things clearly without overwhelming us. The tour felt thoughtful, relaxed, and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommended!
