Incompetencia absoluta. Reservé mi tour para la tarde y se pusieron en contacto conmigo para cancelarmelo porque no tenían gente, así que me ofrecieron el día siguiente a las 11. Allí no vino nadie, pregunté para asegurarme del punto de encuentro 40 min antes y no contestaron. Les llamé y no respondieron el teléfono. Impresentables.
