I was pleasantly surprised. The guide was nice, professional, informative and the places we visited were not the usual tourist traps. The rooftop cafe we visited near the end of the tour was a hidden gem, not the touristy one. As a solo woman I felt safe and taken cared of. It's nitpicking, but regarding transparency maybe don't market the tour as "free" if you expect minimum 10€ fee. Just write tour costs 10€, I think everybody will gladly pay it anyway.
We had a great tour for tunis. Aladin was generous, knowledgeable and friendly and he told us a lot about history, culture, religion, etc tour took about 2.5 hours and it included a free tea, sweet bite and water bottle. Would totally recommend!
Excellent guide. Lots of interesting information about Tunisian politics and society. Good description of what it means to be a Muslim. Kind offers of sweets and cold water.
