Sahika amazed us with her charme and knowledge about the recent history of the city. We could feel her love for Istanbul and felt it a little bit ourselves. The rooftop view was amazing and she had a lot of recommendations. But I kind of missed the bars, restaurants and street food she mentioned in the description.
It was an enjoyable tour, especially to the viewpoint, which was worth it. The guide focused more on recent aspects of Turkish history, which was a nice change from the historical tours. Not as much focus on restaurants, bars and such as the tour description might suggest.
Great and unique night tour with a very private rooftop view of the city. Sahika did a great job showcasing some of the unique features of Istanbul and the time flew by. She gave great recommendations for the coming days off the beaten path

The tour was great! The guide is very professional and interesting. We saw a lot and in addition to historical facts, we learned a lot about culture, customs and what life in Istanbul was like before. In addition to the sights, we also received various recommendations for what to visit in the coming days. I highly recommend it, you can really feel that the guide enjoys his job and works with his heart.

Very informative tour covering important historical facts. Walking was in good pace and with many stops. As for a such a short tour it gave a lot of information and helped understand Istanbul better. Highly recommended.
The tour was very interesting and the guide was super knowledgeable! It was sometimes difficult to understand the information because we all come from different countries so we all have different accents. It was a very good introduction to the city and I’m glad we took it!

After spending part of the day earlier on a photography tour with Anil, I wanted to see more of Istanbul—but in a way that felt different from the usual tourist experience. The Cool Tour was exactly that. It wasn’t necessarily about landmarks or history lessons (although that was part of it); it was about stepping into the city’s energy, exploring hidden streets off the beaten path, and feeling like I truly belonged. We wandered through lively neighborhoods, stopped at local hangouts, and experienced the real, unfiltered side of Istanbul. It felt more like a night out with friends than a tour in the best way. As a young solo traveler, I loved how easy and natural it was to connect —not just with the places we visited, but with the people and the city itself. It was the perfect way to see Istanbul in a new light (or might I say, the dark). Sahika’s insights made every stop meaningful, and her warmth & incredibly deep knowledge of her hometown made it easy to relax and be along for the ride :)
I would like to say thanks to our guide Şahika. This Saturday I joined this tour around Istanbul's Beyoğlu area and it was indeed The Cool Tour! It was nice to see the city from a different perspective and get historical information about specific places around the neighborhood. In the end of the tour it was nice to spend time on a rooftop near the Galata tower overlooking the city. It was also great to meet other tourists from different countries and have a chat throughout the walk. With some of them we even became friends and met later for a beer. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Special experience with Dr. Sib. recommend much. I was alone to mosque guidelines but could get inside of pray hall. sitting on bottom he explained structure n historical backgrounds of mosque. especially if u r Korean pls join in his program. His daughter is a Fandom of Korean culture. Sib 박사님 가이딩 재미있어요.
The tour takes you to a really unique view point of the city. Our tour was low on numbers which is the only reason the atmosphere is lower. Definitely worth it if you want to see a more authentic modern Istanbul, while still learning about the history
