Asian Side of Istanbul Free Tour

We had much fun, learnt a lot and loved to taste local food here and there. Ferhat was a very competent guide. The recommendations activities after the tour and for dinner was also very good.

Haktan was a great and informative guide. He had funny jokes and was very mindful of the walking pace. He gave us a lot of information about Turkish history and culture. It was great learning about the city. I highly recommend this tour.

Really enjoyed the tour with Haktan. He is very knowledgeable with a great sense of humour. We each had a headset so we could clearly hear what he was saying as we walked along. It was great to take the ferry to Uskudar and see some of the more local/less touristy side to Istanbul. Highly recommend this tour!

Huseyn is a great and calm guy. The tour is not as intense, which eas very much appreciated. We liked it very much ans would recommend to anyone!

Haktan was a fantastic guide. He was informative, funny, and entertaining. He was full of knowledge about history and current events. He used headsets (that worked wonderfully) that allowed him to continue talking about Istanbul while we walked to different sites. I highly recommend any of his tours… we did 2 and he was fantastic.

Very knowledgeable and added a touch of humour. Despite being in Istanbul, the weather was atrocious, pouring with rain, cold and even a touch of snow. Fair play to Haitian he persevered despite a number of participants dropping out. Thanks for a great walk.

Haktan is the best guide so far

We liked the tour! I’ve been in Istanbul many times but almost never ate in Asian side , so it was interesting to see those place, also food was good. We also really liked bar suggestion with a little terrace , a very local bar with nice sunset and cool atmosphere.

Amaaaazing tour. Definitely recommend it. The tour was fun, educative and entertaining. Every topic discussed was approached with humour, knowledge and realism. Haktan showed a lot of places that locals visit, not just mainstream, touristy things. Absolutely recommend it as part of the Istanbul experience.
