Free Walking Tours through Old Pamplona

One of the best if not the best free walking tour guides I've ever experienced and I often take a walking tour of cities I visit. Informative, funny and extemely entertaining.

Gus was a very knowledgeable, entertaining, personable and fun host. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2+ hours in his company and learnt and saw a lot on our journey. Highly recommend

Gus gave a 5 star tour of the city and region. He gave us personalized attention and made the experience memorable with stories, entry into many locations we would not have found on our own. He gave tips for the city. We were able to dialogue about many aspects of the tour instead of being lectured at. We have taken many tours and Gus gave one of the best. We would highly recommend his tour as not to be missed. He is a friendly and generous person we enjoyed meeting him and felt the tour was an excellent use of our time.

Great tour from Gus! Very energetic and humor filled tour, even gave a quick jai alai lesson!

Gus gives a really great tour - informative, funny, personal and really knowledgable, filled with insight and context; but he doesn’t leave you feeling overwhelmed with information. Just the right mix. Plus it’s a great route that takes in lots of beatify and interesting parts of the city.

Gus is a great tour guide! He was very engaging and fun throughout the whole tour. The tour was very informative and makes you understand better the city, both history and present. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish! I definitely recommend his tour if you want to get a real taste of Pamplona

Gus provided an informative and enjoyable tour, replete with historical facts and tidbits. An excellent way to learn a little of the history of Pamplona and the surrounding areas in short order.

Our guide Gus was great, very friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining. I would rate him 10/10. I would recommend anyone visiting Pamplona to do the tour as the information and stories he gave is helpful in understanding the history of the place.. 👌

What a lovely tour by Gus! He showed us the old city and provided us with super interesting and to the point information. We learned about the history of the city, of the traditions, about San Fermin, the sport Jai Alai, which we all played in the end. Gus is enthousiastic and humorous. I would reallly recommend this tour.

Gus was a great guide. Very engaging and entertaining while educating us on the history and culture in Pamplona. We visited many sites we wouldn't have thought to visit by ourselves.

We were really surprised with the tour. Gus was very engaging and learned a lot from him especially about San Fermin. He was so passionate about it and you could see his eyes lit up when he talked about it. He covered a lot of places during the walk. The most surprising thing was the last part of the tour which he introduced the game Jai alai. He explained and showed us how it was played. Then he got all of us to play as well which was a lot of fun. Tour ended with a drink at the bar (paid by participants) but it’s a way of getting to know the other participants and having a chat before we parted. Thanks a lot Gus and good luck for the next San Fermin festival if you choose to participate.

Gus was funny, insightful, and knowledgeable , and didn’t only talk about what he knew but also what he’d personally experienced as a bull runner and jai alai player. A great tour!

We had a great time with Gus. He is a very cheerful guy and gave us a great tour through the city. We loved seeing the city through his eyes and getting his knowledge about the city. The small group make it so much more fun to do the tour, as you're not just walking around in a big group with a generic talk. It's like walking with a friend and getting all the nice insights of his city.
