She is knowledgeable, friendly and with a great sense of humor, fun jokes, and trivia questions that kept everyone engaged. She also shared excellent food tips and took us to places where only locals go, which made the experience feel truly special. Denise ist eine sehr muntere Person, die ihre Gruppe gut zu unterhalten weiß. Sie beteiligt die Teilnehmer indem sie Fragen z. B. zu der Bedeutung von Symbolen an Gebäuden etc. stellt; immer wieder ein wirkungsvolles Mittel, um die Aufmerksamkeit und Begeisterung von Jung und Alt ihr Wissen unter Beweis zu stellen herauszufordern. Man sollte bei Denise Tour nicht lauffaul sein, im Vergleich zu anderen Touren gleicher Dauer ist die Strecke ein wenig länger. In jedem Fall lohnt es sich, da man mit vielen Infos nach Hause geht, die man schwerlich im Reiseführer gefunden hätte!

Very interesting, informative and entertaining tour, full of historical facts as well as fun facts. Denise was very well prepared, engaged in conversation with the group, even before the tour started to make sure everyone found the meeting point, nice route covering the top sights in the city center, lots of recommendations where to go, eat and drink in Toulouse. Definitely worth it, especially when you don't know Toulouse yet!
