ha sido excepcional el paseo con Francisco, persona de gran cultura, no solo gastronómica, y de gran calidad humana.

Great tour! Our guide took us to some interesting shops that we would never have gone in, he gave us great knowledge of the local cuisine and area, thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

Francisco was a friendly and nice guy to meet. If you are interested in seeing a few shops in the center of Parma with a friend, he would be a good companion.

The tour was mainly shop hopping and not much of the historical or cultural aspects of the city.

Response from Francisco:

Natan, I don't agree with your remark. When I make the tour is very important that walkers are in the mood to taste new flavors and know new stories. If you just want to make it fast, of course I can't get into in all the cultural aspects as I always do. If you don't remember my explanations about Parma and its food culture it is because you weren't paying the necessary attention.
