Hello! I'm Francesca, a tour guide and language teacher, and I combine both professions with passion. My curiosity and interest in learning about the history of my region and sharing it with others led me to dedicate myself to the profession of tour guide a few years ago. Under the name Empordà Unique Tours, my small project of tours and experiences, we will connect with the Empordà, the Costa Brava, and the most beautiful and interesting places to visit. With me and other collaborating guides like Joan, you will discover the history and interesting facts about this place in a unique and enjoyable way. Tour description

Guided walking tour through the medieval-origin village of Peratallada, one of the best-preserved in Catalonia.
This tour flies by, and during it, we will enjoy its charm while also learning a bit about the history of Peratallada and the curiosities of its golden age.
We will start our tour at the Plaça del Castell (Castle Square) to travel back in time and delve into the hidden, narrow, and cobbled streets passing by the Torre del Homenaje, Torre de la Horas, call de la Roca, Portal de la Virgen, the defensive wall and moat. We will go down the picturesque Hospital Street and finish at the Plaça de les Voltes.

** It is recommended to come to the tour with comfortable footwear as the pavement is uneven.

** Reduced mobility: The tour can be done with an electric wheelchair, but the pavement is very uneven. Contact the Guru for more information.

** The tour takes place if there is a minimum of 5 people

** If you are a group of more than 6 people, please contact the Guru.

** Attendees are asked to arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the tour.

How much does this tour cost?

Free tours don't have a fixed price. At the end, each person contributes to the guide the amount they consider fair based on their satisfaction. As a guideline, Guruwalk recommends between €15 and $50 per participant.
