Sara was a great guide! The tour was very informative, Sara definitely knows her city and its history. She kept the tour interesting and fun at the same time. It was the perfect combination of history, culture, daily life and gastronomy tips. I would highly recommend going on the tour.

La visita fué divertida, dinámica, me despertó la curiosidad con las preguntas que hacía nuestra guía Irati de Oñati porque quien respondía acertadamente "tenía premio", el contenido histórico y social interesante, conocedora de su cultura, cantó en euskera con respeto y sentimiento, muy bonito. Our guide was lovely and very enthusiastic. However, her singing voice was nice but we didn’t need to hear singing 3-4 times or see her dancing at the end of the tour - but this would be our preference and I am sure others may have enjoyed it. We found it a little awkward to watch and other people on thou tour appeared to be stifling their laughter and looking away which was unkind of them. This said we did gain a lot of knowledge about Donasti and we thank our guide for that.

Hay visitas guiadas que disfrutas y otras que, sencillamente, se convierten en recuerdos inolvidables. Y la que hemos vivido hoy con Irati, de Spain Free Tour, ha sido de esas que dejan huella. Desde el primer momento, su cercanía, simpatía, profesionalidad y trato exquisito nos han conquistado. Pero lo verdaderamente especial ha sido su manera de transmitir la historia y las tradiciones de San Sebastián, consiguiendo que todos nos sintiéramos parte de la experiencia. El juego de la txapela entre los asistentes ha sido una genialidad: una forma original y divertida de mantenernos atentos, participativos y con una sonrisa durante todo el recorrido. Y qué decir de su voz… ¡Qué maravilla escucharla cantar! Cada vez que comenzaba una canción nos sorprendía y emocionaba. Esos momentos han puesto la guinda a una visita extraordinaria. Se nota cuando alguien disfruta de lo que hace y, sobre todo, cuando pone el corazón en ello. Irati no se limita a enseñar Donosti, consigue que la sientas. Nos llevamos una experiencia formidable, muchas sonrisas y un recuerdo precioso. Eskerrik asko, Irati. Has sido, sin duda, de lo mejor de nuestra visita a San Sebastián. ¡Absolutamente recomendable! ❤️

There was some technical problems at the beginning (audio) plus some loud construction noises so it was difficult to understand but once we passed that, it was great. Sara was enthusiastic and fun, and very kind! Highly recommended!!
