Great to meet you, I'm Binh. My English name is Ben I am a founder of A Local Guide Team with knowledgeable and passionate co-guides. I first discovered Saigon while studying at University after leaving our hometown in rural Vietnam. I immediately became fascinated by the city's unique blend of culture, history, and delicious cuisine. My education focused on tourism, and I have extensive experience working as a local English-speaking guide for various companies. But, I finally decided it was time to bring my custom-tailored experiences to my guests, so I started this local experience. The Itinerary:
Join me for a unique Saigon evening street food adventure, where we'll take you on a culinary journey off the beaten path to discover authentic local flavors. I will take you to 5 Great Streets for Street Food in Saigon with ZERO Tourists inside where I live far away from the city center. I have eaten all the foods a thousand times and now I have created this tour to share my experience with you. I designed this food tour with a small amount of food at every stop, so I promise you will have many food tastings, please prepare your stomach
- "Bun Cha" at the best eatery in this area. The dish consists of grilled pork served with vermicelli noodles, a variety of fresh herbs, and a dipping sauce
- "Xoi Chien" is deep-fried sticky rice with Filling: minced pork, mushroom, carrot, mung beans, pork floss
- "Banh Xeo" and "Banh Khot" are savory pancakes that come in different shapes. This unique pancake-origin from Central
- "Banh Mi", my Banh Mi has a so special liquid sauce, join me to taste it and see why it's unique
- Nem Nuong', is a beloved dish in Vietnamese cuisine, celebrated for its delicious combination of grilled meat, fresh herbs, and flavorful dipping sauces

Note:
- We will take you to the non-tourists area. All the food stalls are authentic local Vietnamese street foods. You will be only tourists here sometime. We will explore 5 Great Streets for Street Food in Saigon through 4 districts.
- Food will be separated, and please pay for it by yourself. We will share meals with other people, so you can try more dishes, every dish just costs less than 1$ - 2$ USD, even some places less than 0,5$ USD. It is a lot of fun, cheap, and suitable for your budget as well. So join us, you will have a lot of fun.
- This tour is operated by SCOOTERS, so I have trained my co-guides to help me, each tour guide will drive each guest and you guys just sit behind of our scooters. Therefore, I need at least a few hours to arrange the scooters, after you book the tour successfully, can you please send me the message to confirm that you will join the tour. If you would text me close to the starting time, I could not arrange the scooter in time for you.
Can you guys please bring a small bill cash in DONG to pay for the local food? the local food vendors only accept the currency in Dong.

- The RENTED SCOOTER FEE is 8$ = 200 000 VND, please pay it for yourself.

Because the tour is by SCOOTER, so we can pick you up at your hotel address as long as it is in a central area like districts 1, 3, or 4. Otherwise, we will meet at the meeting place, Saigon Opera House. After you book, please send us your hotel address to pick you up.
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
