"Hi, I'm Alí! A Cuban guide who found his second home in Panama. Since I arrived in 2016, I've been fascinated by the incredible culture and history of this city. Now, I lead a team of young guides as passionate as I am, and together we're ready to reveal the legends and secrets that make this place unique. We look forward to discovering it together!"

Tour description
1. Starting point: Plaza Santa Ana. The tour begins in the heart of the old "arrabal" (outskirts). After a welcome, distribution of safety equipment, and a briefing, we will explore the historical contrast between the city outside the walls and the Old Town. Bicycles are available for rent at a cost of $10 USD each.
2. Immersion in the Old Town: We will cycle along cobbled streets visiting iconic landmarks:
Sacred Architecture: Façade of the Church of La Merced and the Golden Altar in the Church of San José.
Historical Landmarks: Stop at Independence Square (Cathedral) and the Flat Arch.
Panoramic Views: A tour along the old city wall on the Paseo de las Bóvedas to Plaza de Francia, where we will admire the modern skyline of the city.
3. Coastal Strip Adventure: We'll descend to Coastal Strip 3, crossing under the marine viaduct with views of the Pacific Ocean. We'll pass by the Seafood Market (a key gastronomic hotspot) and ride through stages 1 and 2 of the bike path.
4. The Iconic Moment: We will make a strategic stop at the giant "Panama" sign for the ultimate group photo, enjoying the recreational areas and parks that line the bay.
5. Closing: We will return along the bike path towards the Old Town to finish in Plaza Santa Ana, where the equipment will be collected and local recommendations will be given to continue enjoying the city.
