Ali was fantastic. His communication was great when another tour guide was unable to take our tour as scheduled. So he ended up taking my wife, daughter and I on a tour on our own later. He was very knowledgeable about Panamanian history and you could tell that he was enthusiastic about the subject matter as he was very engaging. He also answered our questions very well. He also had a great sense of humour and was great getting a few smiles and laughs out of my 4-year-old daughter. Highly recommend!
