Free walking tours in Chisinau

A really interesting walking tour learning about the past and present of Chisinau and Moldova, Anastasia kept it at a easy to understand level going into the history but not in a way that sometimes is difficult to understand! Would highly recommend this tour with Anastasia, and she bought her lovely well behaved dog, Dina along who was welcoming to all!

What a great tour it was! Very informative, with lots of fun stories and a hidden gem at the very end. Highly recommend joining this tour; we’ve learnt a lot about Moldova and Chisinau.

This was an incredible tour, filled with brilliant information and an incredible guide with marvellous energy. She covered all the things you could possibly want to know and was kind and open up questions. Ending in the coffee museum was a marvellous touch ❤️

Five out of five - and I don't say that to be nice. It is guides like Anastasia that make things like these awesome. A good combination of professionalism and personal, telling jokes and also keeping it real, being informative but also responsive to questions. And then there is that little extra thing that you cannot exactly put your finger on, but that you know from the start that it is going to be good.

Anastasia was great , I recommend this tour to everyone , it is so good to go around the city and understand the history of the place , Anastasia led me to the main sights , explained everything , all my questions , and I could see her satisfaction on showing a bit of her country history . Gave me key information for public transport and I could try Placinta . Very worths it . I’m really glad

Fantastic Tour with Anastasia in Chișinău! Me and my husband joined a GuruWalk walking tour in Chișinău and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Our guide Anastasia was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the city, which made the whole walk both informative and engaging. The tour offered a perfect mix of history, local culture, and everyday life. We visited some of the main landmarks, learned fascinating stories about Moldova’s past, and got great insights into how people live in the city today. The pace was relaxed, with plenty of time to ask questions and take photos. What I especially appreciated was how open and approachable the guide was, as well as the personal recommendations for cafés, restaurants, and things to do after the tour. Those tips alone were worth it! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chișinău for the first time. Don’t miss it!
