Chiara was a brilliant tour guide! Not only did she tell us details about some of the most famous sites, but also showed us hidden places in Florence with historical significance, that we would've missed if we tried to do our own walking tour. Free radios mean that you can clearly hear all the information even if you maybe slightly ahead or behind the group in some cases.

Elisabeta is incredible. I've taken more than 50 FWT, and she is surely top 3. She REALLY explains stuff, knows what she is saying: names, years , historic moments, places. Her problem is that this is the only FWT she does 😢.

Excellent tour - Jackamo provided really interesting stories and details. Covered lots of history, art, politics but explained in a light hearted and entertaining way. He also shared tips and recommendations for food/wine in the city. There was a break mid way through for water which was v welcomed given the heat!

Amazing!!! Our guide Deborah was friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, professional and funny. She recounted the Florentine history as a story that included an abundance of less-known facts and controversies. At the end she gave the group recommendations about the best places for food and wine in Florence, which where very helpful. It was an awesome experience! 100% would recommend! P. S. If Deborah is reading this, we still remember Brunelleschi, Ghiberti, Donatello and Giotto. Greetings from Croatia!

A great tour with a very knowledgeable and friendly guide. The group was fairly small compared to others I saw walking around- but of course the city is still very busy. Lots of great information and interesting facts about the city and Medici family! Would recommend.
