paola was super friendly and professional! answered all of the group’s questions and showed us a variety of historical and lesser known spots. she is so knowledgeable and made the tour engaging and interactive. the only thing was we weren’t able to see the pastry store by the cloistered nuns. they had just closed, so wish the tour was planned better for that.
